      Returns & Exchanges

      At Urbanforce, our goal is to provide you with top-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you happen to receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we're here to assist you. Please adhere to the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

      Damaged or Incorrect Product

      If you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, kindly return it along with your order number.

      Upon receiving the product and confirming the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement.

      Exchange/Return Policy

      In line with our company policy, we do not offer refunds or returns for products after purchase. However, we do provide the option to exchange the product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

      1. Exchange/Return requests must be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

      2. To request an exchange, please send an email to helpurbanforce@gmail.com.

      3. Upon confirmation from our team, you are responsible for returning the product to us. Please note that we do not offer a reverse pickup service. Ensure that you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier, including the courier's signature and mobile number. Urbanforce will not be liable for any lost shipments.

      4. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.

      5. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.

      6. Please include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID on the parcel, along with the size you require.

      7. Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order.

      8. Size exchanges are available, allowing you to choose a bigger or smaller size of equal value, minus the shipping/COD costs to and from.

      9. If Customer is eligible for Refund, Particular Customer will get instant refund

      .Cancellation of Orders

      • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

      • You can cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order within 24 hours of placing it. Please send an email to helpurbanforce@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

      • The customer agrees not to dispute Urbanforce's decision regarding cancellations and accepts our final decision.

      Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

      In cases where the desired size for an exchange is not available, we will issue a credit note. This credit note will be sent to your email and can be used for your next purchase on the Urbanforce website. Please be sure to use the credit note within 30 days of its issuance.

      Partial Order Exchange

      Yes, you have the option to exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please be aware that certain items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

      Fit Issues

      If a product doesn't fit as expected, and you require a different size, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will make every effort to facilitate size exchanges, contingent on product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a credit note for future purchases as an alternative.

      Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

      Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal material or color preferences. We strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing the product description and examining all product images before placing your order. You can also contact us for additional product details.

      Kindly note that our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans and may exhibit variations in color, finish, and overall appearance. These variations may arise from the accuracy of your monitor's display, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.

      Please be aware that there may be a 10-12% variation in color depending on your device's screen resolution and camera lighting. In such cases, we do not authorize exchanges or returns for color variations.

      Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for washed or worn products.

      Items purchased from the SALE section are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
